Jvapa Rice sheets are translucent paper-thin sheets of rice-flour dough. These are also known as Banh Trang and are a product of Vietnamese cuisine. Rice paper rolls are typically served cold with fresh fillings, but we personally love to spice it up and make our traditional Indian spring rolls with them as well because they are Sooo Crispy.
The rice paper becomes flexible to wrap around your preferred stuffing after a brief soak in water. Everything from appetisers to desserts can be made with them and they are super crispy when fried.

Step 1: Soak the Jvapa Rice sheet in water for 4-5 seconds and place it on a clean board/towel before the sheet softens.
Step 2:Put stuffing of your choice and roll tightly.
Step 3:Fry in low flame (make sure it does not have excess water) and serve the delicious spring rolls.
Can also be used as momos wrap by cutting into small circles at home.
