Step 1: Boil Jvapa vermicelli for 3 minutes (chewy texture) or 5 minutes (soft texture), Rinse it with cold water and set aside.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan & add green chilli, onion and curry leaves.
Step 3: Add chopped vegetables of your choice.
Step 4: Add cooked vermicelli and mix well.
